ASOS HQ for the day in London February 19, 2019 – Posted in: Uncategorized

ASOS HQ was way more amazing than we ever expected!

We got the train from our home town, Coventry. Bright and early with a caramel coffee in hand. We arrived with plenty of time to get the tube to ASOS HQ. It was a quick ride away from Euston to Mornington Cresent.  It was super easy!

Obviously we googled ‘ASOS HQ’ before we got there and you really could not miss it! It was such an amazing building. See the image below from our Instagram story:

A lovely security guard welcomed us into ASOS HQ, it felt like we were in a film! We had to fill in a form and get our lanyards. Our account manager Amanda came to met us to take everyone to the room where the presentation was taking place. The room was full of people bursting with energy and creativity, it was such a great environment. The presentations were so useful. Here’s a selfie of Emily (me) and Sophia (our Model) before it began:

ASOS Training Day

We learnt so much with the presentation including:

-How to improve our own website using Google Shopping & how important that is.

-The importance of Facebook advertising and the difference it can make

-We had a talk from a brand who has made it from ASOS Marketplace onto ASOS.com

as well as the first people to see the new ASOS Marketplace website and so much more. It was a really beneficial day.

For lunch we headed into Camden and found the nicest little cafe called Music & Beans. It was such a sweet little place and the food was unreal and not at all expensive, if your out and about in Camden and need some where nice for breakfast, lunch or dinner I’d definitely recommend here!

Before we left we had to have a picture with the iconic ASOS HQ sign….

Tonight Josephine

Have you ever seen pictures on Instagram of a girl holding a cocktail with a pink neon light behind her which reads ‘Well behaved women don’t make history’?

Well we found that bar!

After walking round the outside of Waterloo station god knows how many times we finally found it! If you didn’t know what was through the door you would probably never think to even go in. It’s just a pink door with a sign out side which reads: ‘Why the F*ck can’t I have fun all of the time’. We walked down the stairs into the little basement bar and felt like we were walking into Instagram heaven! It’s a girl heaven with pink, sparkles, neon lights and just photo opportunities on every wall. It was happy hour when we arrived which made it even more fun – two for one cocktails! You can’t say no to that.

I’d say it’s one of the most Instagrammed bars in London. You’ve got to visit if you’re in London- you will not regret it! It not only looks great, the cocktails are lush and the music is great! Here is us by the famous neon light:
